Jodi is a seasoned Wellness Educator and Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, fitness, and wellness. Jodi is a Continuing Education Provider for NASM and AFAA. Dedicated to empowering others, she combines her extensive knowledge with a heart-centered approach to guide individuals toward holistic well-being.
With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and certifications as a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Educator, Jodi also holds credentials as a wellness and life coach, fitness instructor, meditation guide, and Level II Reiki healer. Drawing from these diverse qualifications, she channels her strengths in positivity, problem-solving, and mindfulness to help clients create lasting, positive change.
A passionate advocate for equity, Jodi is deeply committed to teaching and serving her community, both in-person and online. She finds joy in guiding others on their wellness journeys, and her dedication to lifelong learning fuels her personal and professional growth. Her resilience has enabled her to turn life’s challenges into powerful opportunities, inspiring others to do the same.

As an educator and positive psychology practitioner, Jodi teaches at the university and professional levels, integrating the science of well-being with real-world application. Her work bridges positive psychology, wellness education, exercise science, and behavior change to create engaging, inclusive learning environments that translate research into practical, sustainable habits.
She also teaches Positive Education for educators, supporting future teachers and leaders in cultivating psychologically informed, strengths-based learning environments. In addition, she serves fitness professionals through NASM- and AFAA-accredited continuing education, supporting excellence in coaching, leadership, and client-centered practice.
Whether working with students, educators, health professionals, or fitness leaders, her approach blends experiential learning, reflective practice, and accessible strategies that empower people to move, think, and live with greater intention, confidence, and vitality.
